Cancelation Policy

At Charleston Animal Eye Specialists we strive to give our full attention to each patient and owner during their appointment. This requires us to hold enough time in our day for you to have all your concerns and questions answered. Due to this consideration, we have the following cancelation policy: If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours on TWO separate occasions we require a $82 non-refundable deposit to schedule the next appointment. This $82 is then applied to your visit.
